Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping from Different Warehouses

United States Warehouse

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location within the U.S.)
Carrier: UPS, FedEx, or USPS

Germany Warehouse (Europe Orders)

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Time: 4–8 business days within Germany; 5–12 business days to other EU countries
Carrier: DHL, DPD, or GLS

Canada Warehouse

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Time: 4–9 business days across Canada
Carrier: Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx

International Orders

For regions not covered by our local warehouses, orders may be shipped from our main factory warehouse in China.
Processing Time: 2–3 business days
Shipping Time: 7–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
