Refund and Return Policy
一、Return conditions
1）We accept return requests within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the following conditions:
2）The goods have not been used and are not damaged by humans;
3）Non-customized products cannot be returned if they are customized.
4）A valid order number or purchase receipt is required.
二、Return Process
1）Contact Customer Service: Please contact us by email (email: [contact@rippa.com]) and provide the order number, reason for return and relevant photos (such as product damage, etc.).:
2）Review and Confirmation: We will review and confirm the return eligibility within 1-2 working days and inform the return address.
3）Return the product: Please send the product within 7 days after confirmation and provide the logistics order number. The return shipping fee is borne by the buyer (unless due to product quality issues).
4）Refund Processing: After we receive the return and confirm that it is correct, we will return the refund within 5 working days.
三、Refund Instructions
1）The refund will be returned to the original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.);
2）The refund amount only includes the original price of the product, and does not include the original shipping cost (unless it is a product quality issue);
3）Please note that the bank or payment platform may take additional time to process the refund, and the actual arrival time depends on the bank's policy.
