Qualification Requirements

Independent legal entity (enterprise/individual);

Recognition of Rippa brand and corporate culture with sales experience in construction machinery;

Fixed business premises, warehouse space, and professional sales team;

Regional distribution capabilities and sound commercial reputation.

Application Process

Submit Documents: Business license, company profile, sales network description, market expansion plan (including annual sales targets);

Review: Preliminary review by Foreign Trade Division → Final approval by Sales Director → Chairman’s authorization (completed within 3 business days);

Signing: Execute Distributor Cooperation Agreement upon approval.
